Philip B. Posner
Phil has over 24 years of experience in business, estate planning, real estate, land use, municipal, and environmental law. He represents numerous institutional lenders as well as owners, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants of commercial and residential properties in all types of transactional and litigation matters. His practice also includes representation of clients before municipal and state regulatory and administrative agencies, as well as all courts in the Commonwealth. Phil also represents small businesses and their principals in business, probate and estate planning matters.
Phil has complemented his practice by serving as a consultant to various companies including the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, AT&T Wireless Services, General Dynamics Corporation and Nextel Corporation. He also is a past member of the Department of Environmental Protection Title 5 Regulatory Review Committee and is legal counsel to Congregation Beth El of the Sudbury River Valley. Phil currently serves as Vice President of the Massachusetts Bicycle Coalition (Mass Bike).
